Our size guide by height
- Extra Short — approx. 60 in (152 cm) in front · best for under 5'0" (152 cm)
- Short — approx. 64 in (163 cm) in front · best for 5'0"–5'3" (152–160 cm)
- Medium — approx. 68 in (173 cm) in front · best for 5'4"–5'7" (163–170 cm)
- Long — approx. 72 in (183 cm) in front · best for 5'8"–5'10" (173–178 cm)
A few things to know
- Every size is longer in the back than the front, so you stay covered while bowing and prostrating.
- Measurements are front length, head to toe — pick the row that matches your height.
- The face opening is not adjustable, so it's designed to sit comfortably as-is.
Still between two sizes?
