Return Policy:


1. Return Period: Customers are eligible for returns within 14 days from the date of receiving their purchased item(s).

2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Restocking Fee: A 3% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned products.

4. Return Procedure: Customers are responsible for initiating the return process. Including all original packaging, accessories, and a copy of the original purchase receipt in the return package or clear indication of ORDER number so the refund can be properly processed. 

5.  Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping the returned item(s). The original shipping costs are non-refundable.  The most affordable shipping label within the U.S.A.  can be generated at by choosing Ground Advantage. Each item is approximately 15oz-1pound.

6. Inspection and Approval: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. The refund process will only commence upon approval of the returned item's condition.

7. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
