- United States — priority shipping: flat rate $8
- UK & Canada — priority shipping: starts at $24.99
- Worldwide — priority shipping (except remote locations): starts at $29.99
Our most-used carriers are USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Save on shipping when ordering multiples. International shipping is priced so that the more pieces you order, the less each one costs to ship.
We may refuse orders to remote or international out-of-delivery areas.
International orders: duties & taxes
Ordering from outside the United States? Please read this before you check out — it saves surprises later. Most countries charge their own import duties, taxes, or customs fees on packages arriving from abroad. These are set and collected by your country’s customs authority — not by Serenity Scarves — and they are separate from what you pay us at checkout.
- Your checkout total covers your prayer dress and shipping only. It does not include any import duties or taxes your country may add.
- These fees are usually collected on arrival. Your carrier or local customs office will contact you to pay them before your package is delivered. The amount depends on your country and your order value, so we are not able to calculate or collect it in advance.
- Rules vary from country to country. We recommend checking your own country’s import thresholds and rates before ordering, so nothing catches you off guard on arrival.
- Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We are required to declare every order accurately, so we are unable to mark orders as gifts or lower their declared value.
- If a package is refused or returned because these charges were not paid, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
We know unexpected fees are frustrating — this is simply how international shipping works everywhere, and knowing about it upfront helps your order arrive smoothly.
