Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Restocking fee
A 3% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned products and will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, less the 3% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
