Returns & Refunds

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at shopserenityscarves@gmail.com. We will do our best to cancel before the order is processed; however, because orders are sent to our warehouse for fulfillment shortly after they are placed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled and would need to be handled as a return after delivery. When a cancellation is possible, a 3% fee is retained to cover the non-refundable payment-processing charge (this is not a source of profit — simply the processing cost passed along), and the remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging and condition. Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase, subject to the same conditions as returns. To request an exchange, email us at shopserenityscarves@gmail.com. For exchanges, you are responsible for both shipping costs — returning the original item and shipping the replacement.

Restocking fee
A 3% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover processing and restocking. This fee is deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, less the 3% restocking fee. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please clearly indicate your ORDER NUMBER on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
